She manages a diverse portfolio of risk, WHS, compensation, CSR, and sustainability. With 28 years of experience, she's a safety and workers' compensation expert, transitioning to healthcare in 2004. Chanelle prioritises psychological safety, robust risk management, and value-centric systems. She holds advanced qualifications, including a Master of Laws from ANU, and serves as a Director on the Australian Institute of Health and Safety's Board.
