Craig's passion for solving complex problems has taken him through careers in law, diplomacy and the military. As CEO, Craig drives Sonder’s strategy and culture, leading a high-performance team to deliver Sonder’s vision to provide everyone with global access to on-demand and personalised safety, medical and mental health support.

Christopher Marr, DSM
Co-founder & CCO
Christopher has dedicated his life to serving others, previously serving 20 years as an Australian Army officer, including 10 as a leader and commander in the special forces. His role at Sonder is to lead the commercial strategy and growth of the company, both domestically and internationally. He is committed to addressing the world’s burgeoning health crisis by disrupting the way people get help.

Peter Burnheim, CSM
Co-founder & COO
Peter continues to build a community of compassionate people that can be there whenever someone is in need. As Chief Operations Officer, Peter leads Sonder’s network of rapid response professionals providing on-demand, in-person support to people in need. In a previous life, he spent nearly two decades in the Australian Army, successfully leading a variety of complex operations around the world.

Chief of staff
Amy is an experienced technology professional with previous roles in commercial law, venture capital and the highest level of government. She is passionate about leveraging technology solutions and new business models to solve big problems. As Chief of Staff at Sonder she works within the senior leadership team and across the business to drive strategy, operations and special projects.

Mindy Eiermann
Chief product officer
Mindy leads the Product Management, Design, and Member Engagement teams at Sonder. She has almost 20 years of experience leading product teams, both in a startup environment as well as at a multinational corporation across multiple continents and product suites. She is passionate about customer-driven innovation, servant-leadership and diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Brad Newton
Chief sales officer
Brad brings more than 20 years of sales leadership experience across Australia, New Zealand, and the broader Asia Pacific region. For six years, Brad was the APAC VP at DocuSign. Prior to that, he was COO at Hills Limited. He has also held senior enterprise sales positions at technology companies such as Symantec and Citrix.

Kim manages Sonder’s team of nurses after spending many years in emergency care. She brings a unique approach to holistic care, influenced by the Mãori health model “te whare tapa whã”.

Head of Psychology
Louise is a senior clinical psychologist and authorised supervisor with advanced training in trauma-informed acute mental health care. Louise is ensuring mental health care is easily accessible, it is delivered with quality and care, and alongside any other health, wellbeing or safety concerns.

Senior Operations Manager
Hudson manages the Sonder Support Centre after spending 10 years as an army officer. He makes sure that the human support behind Sonder provides the best service possible to those in need.

Head of Member Safety
Brett is responsible for overseeing the safety of our members. With 27 years in Victoria Police, Brett brings both empathy and expertise to this important role.
