24/7 Care Specialists
Available 24/7, Sonder's Care Specialists provide immediate support to our members. When a member reaches out, via phone call or instant message, our Care Specialists focus on empathy and active listening to get your people the care they need. Whether it's guidance through self-help resources, or a referral to a healthcare professional.
A holistic wellbeing model
Based on the Maori indigenous model of Te Whare Tapa Whā, Sonder's Wellbeing model views health and wellbeing as a house with four walls. When one component is out of balance, our wellbeing is impacted. This holistic approach to health considers all aspects of an employee's wellbeing: physical, mental, social, and cultural health.
Personalised employee care
Sonder follows an evidence backed system, called Stepped Care, which allows us to personalise each member's care and make best use of all Sonder resources available for support. Stepped Care consists of a hierarchy of interventions - from the least to the most intensive - allowing for individualised care to be matched to the needs of the member.
In-person critical incident support
If a critical incident or traumatic event occurs in your workplace, Sonder can help with in-app care, or in-person support.
Our network of responders come from a wide range of emergency service backgrounds with at least 8-10 years experience in their field and are trained to provide in-person health and safety support.
