Instant assessment
If member enrolled in the Sonder Injury Management Program sustains a work-related injury, they can immediately speak with a nurse via the chat option in the Sonder app.
Clinical triage
Once an initial clinical assessment has been conducted by our nurses, members can elect to proceed with our recommended treatment pathways, depending on the injury.
Elect treatment pathways
The member is referred to the most appropriate treatment pathway as soon as possible, from GP appointments, imaging, physiotherapy, guided self care, to emergency department visits for serious injuries.
