

The library offers over 1,800 articles, videos, and expert advice on stress, anxiety, sleep, and nutrition. Content is self-serve, making it easy for people to find the support they need, when they need it. Workplace policies and other resources can be embedded within the app.
Members can check in on their mental health with our personal wellbeing assessment, a confidential survey that provides personalised support pathways and self-help articles. The DASS-21 questionnaire assesses levels of depression, anxiety, and stress through 21 questions, guiding members to further support as needed.


We adapt the digital experience for our members over time, suggesting relevant content that helps them make everyday changes to improve aspects of their wellbeing. Examples include our four week resilience content series, 30 days to better sleep, mindfulness tips to help manage stress, and more.
