How does your organisation support employee safety? Across 10,000+ active support cases, we saw a 54 per cent increase in the percentage of safety-related critical incidents, as well as an 80 per cent increase in the percentage of police incidents.

In our survey of 2,000 employees, 92 per cent said stress impacted their work performance. But, in 10,000+ active support cases, only 23 per cent who self-reported stress needed a psychologist.
