Culture Amp supports 6,500+ organisations in engaging and developing their people - and are equally dedicated to supporting their own team. As they expanded from APAC into the UK, they knew they needed a partner to support the wellbeing of their high-performing teams. After a full audit of their current EAP providers, and a review of the wellbeing landscape, Culture Amp partnered with Sonder.

Now with 24/7 access to safety, medical and mental health support, Culture Amp have amplified their employee wellbeing provision. Their APAC and UK teams can now use Sonder to access immediate clinical care through live chat or phone. They also get access to wellbeing tools, resources, assessments and notifications to ensure they are equipped to support their health before crisis point.

"We strive for quality, reputation and industry presence in our wellbeing providers, in addition to robust support offerings and a technology focus. Sonder, in providing a 24/7 safety, medical and mental health care service offers this. We undertook a full review of providers in this space, including a review of our current EAP providers, and determined that Sonder was the best solution for Culture Amp for use in APAC and the UK."

Making the shift to an early intervention approach

Traditional health, wellbeing and safety solutions are reactive by design. They're often only used during a crisis, receive low uptake, and lack the scope to provide comprehensive care. This reactive approach results in rising employer costs and risks each year.

Sonder approaches employee health, safety and wellbeing with early intervention. That means organisations can prevent crises before they occur.

The team at Culture Amp can use Sonder to:

  • Access stress management support, before they reach burn out
  • Diagnose health concerns, without a trip to A&E
  • Receive compassionate mental health support at the touch of a button

The Culture Amp team can also access the Sonder Responder network, used to provide rapid safety support to the workplace for critical incidents.

A shared dedication to high performance

The Culture Amp team works alongside its customers to build surveys, collect data and analyse the feedback. This data is transformed into world-class strategies that boost employee engagement and build stronger, more connected workplaces.

Included in Fast Company's list of the World's Most Innovative Companies for 2023, Culture Amp uses psychology and data science to support organisations aiming to boost retention, build high-performing teams and drive employee engagement.

"From the start, we based our product on industry and organisational psychology and research behind how people like to work," says Nick Matthews, Culture Amp's Vice President and General Manager, EMEA. "This science-backed approach is blended with business insights collected from top-performing companies to create benchmarks."

With Sonder supporting their people's wellbeing, Culture Amp will continue to drive the high performance culture they need as they go global.

"We're excited that Culture Amp has chosen Sonder as a trusted partner to support their employees in the UK and APAC by providing them with our comprehensive care and early intervention solutions. This collaboration reflects a shared dedication to elevating organisational success by nurturing a healthy and engaged workforce."
