With an expanding team to care for, Kontor needed a simple solution to support their staff. In December 2023, they partnered with Sonder to provide mental health, safety and medical support, all in one place.

Acting as a real estate partner, Kontor's diverse team manages all of the searching, shortlisting and negotiating involved in finding a new office space.
As a forward-thinking company, who understands that each of their team member's health and wellbeing journey is unique, Kontor wanted to provide their team with personalised support.
Safety, medical and mental health
Through the Sonder app, the Kontor team can now access wellbeing tools and resources, including assessments and notifications to keep healthy habits on track. They'll also receive immediate 24/7 clinical care via live chat or phone.
This support extends to safety features, with real-time alerts regarding local travel disruptions or hazards. Employees can also use Sonder's safety tools like Check On Me and the Track My Journey feature, ensuring they reach their destinations safely. A network of Sonder Responders also provide on the ground assistance when needed.
