Having grown steadily over the years, with a team of 40+ staff across three offices, Plan Ahead is keen to invest in the wellbeing of their team as expansion continues.
Mindful that employees face many complex challenges in their lives, and that traditional EAP solutions had achieved a low uptake, Plan Ahead knew they needed an effective alternative to support their team.
