Active Care is a new movement to give people the keys to health and wellbeing, to better enable them to get active about their own care. It’s about getting better outcomes for every person every time.
Sonder is the first Active Care technology company
We help organisations improve the wellbeing of their people, so they perform at their best. We do this by combining modern technology with a team of healthcare experts. At the touch of a button, your people have 24/7 access to self-help, or they can live chat with a team of safety, medical, and mental health professionals. If in-person support is needed, we act quickly to get someone onsite quickly for time-sensitive scenarios.
Our platform provides robust, anonymised, data-driven insights which give leaders the knowledge they need to act on tomorrow’s wellbeing challenges today.

Craig's passion for solving complex problems has taken him through careers in law, diplomacy and the military. As CEO, Craig drives Sonder’s strategy and culture, leading a high-performance team to deliver Sonder’s vision to provide everyone with global support through the right care at the right time.

Peter Burnheim, CSM Executive Director & COO
Peter continues to build a community of compassionate people that can be there whenever someone is in need. As Chief Operations Officer, Peter leads Sonder’s network of rapid response professionals providing on-demand, in-person support to people in need. In a previous life, he spent nearly two decades in the Australian Army, successfully leading a variety of complex operations around the world.

Brad Newton Chief Revenue Officer
Brad brings more than 20 years of sales leadership experience across Australia, New Zealand, and the broader Asia Pacific region. For six years, Brad was the APAC VP at DocuSign. Prior to that, he was COO at Hills Limited. He has also held senior enterprise sales positions at technology companies such as Symantec and Citrix.

Raechel has over 20 years experience working with various global and local business models in all aspects of strategic and operational Human Resources. From large complex corporations through to boutique consulting organisations, professional services, government and founder led businesses, Raechel has extensive and varied experience.
