In-person critical incident support

Sonder follows an evidence backed system, called Stepped Care, which allows us to personalise each member’s care and make best use of all Sonder resources available for support. Stepped Care consists of a hierarchy of interventions – from the least to the most intensive – allowing for individualised care to be matched to the needs of the member.
