Jake Patane

Jake Patane is General Manager of Global Development at Yo-Chi Frozen Yogurt, where he also leads capability and leadership development across the brand’s multi-market teams and systems.

With around a decade of operations leadership experience in food and beverage, he has built end-to-end operational frameworks, training ecosystems and supply chains at Flave, Betty’s Burgers & Concrete Co. and Doughnut Time Australia, and consulted on operations and training for Milky Lane.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Management/Bachelor of Arts (Extended Major in Psychology) from the University of Queensland.
