Kristen Raison

Kristen Raison has spent nearly three decades in finance, boardrooms and leadership roles across Australia. As Co-Founder of Humn, she helps organisations across Australia and New Zealand lift standards in psychosocial safety and human performance, backed by a Master of Human Resources Management (UNSW) and GAICD credential.

She also serves as a Non-Executive Director of the NSCA Foundation and Asthma Australia. Drawing on her own hard-won leadership lessons, Kristen helps other leaders build workplaces where people feel safe and set up to thrive.
