With over 20 years of experience in retail and logistics, she has held loss prevention and stock loss leadership roles at Amazon, BIG W and Bunnings, delivering measurable reductions in stock loss and improvements in security awareness through coaching, stakeholder engagement and continuous process improvement.

She holds an Advanced Diploma of Management from the Australian Institute of Management, alongside training in workplace investigations and investigative interviewing.
