Sally Douglas is co-founder of Good Mourning, one of the world’s most-listened-to grief platforms, with over 1.5 million podcast listeners and a 250,000+ community.
She co-authored the book “Good Mourning: Honest conversations about grief and loss” (Murdoch Books, 2023) and has contributed to academic research on digital grief and online mourning, including “The Digital Life of Grief” (Routledge, 2026). She is also Communications Director at LEOPRD, an agency focused on PR, reputation and AI visibility, drawing on fourteen years in PR and communications and expertise in earned media and brand storytelling.
She holds a BA (Hons) in American Literature and History from the University of Sussex.
