Plan Ahead: Project delivery experts launch Sonder to build employee wellbeing foundations

From the Commonwealth Games to Brentford Stadium, Plan Ahead has supported some of the highest profile and most challenging construction projects in the UK.

Having grown steadily over the years, with a team of 40+ staff across three offices, Plan Ahead is keen to invest in the wellbeing of their team as expansion continues.

Mindful that employees face many complex challenges in their lives, and that traditional EAP solutions had achieved a low uptake, Plan Ahead knew they needed an effective alternative to support their team. So to offer their people complete care across medical, mental health and safety, Plan Ahead partnered with Sonder.

  • Answer a medical question without a long wait at the GP
  • Use Sonder's safety features to prevent a critical incident

All colleagues at Plan Ahead now also have access to 24/7 immediate clinical from registered health professionals through chat or phone, as well as wellbeing tools and resources, including assessments and notifications to keep healthy habits on track.

Colleagues across the UK can even tap into the Sonder Responder network, providing rapid support to the workplace for critical incidents.

Going forward, Plan Ahead will benefit from Sonder's hands-on account management as they drive engagement with their new platform. The business has even extended Sonder beyond the workplace, giving their friends and families 24/7 access to medical, mental health and safety support.
