Safety issues on the rise
Across 10,000+ active support cases, we saw a 54 per cent increase in the percentage of safety-related critical incidents, as well as an 80 per cent increase in the percentage of police incidents.
Stress and the workplace
In our survey of 2,000 employees, 92 per cent said stress impacted their work performance. But, in 10,000+ active support cases, only 23 per cent who self-reported stress needed a psychologist.
Medical support important
In 10,000+ active support cases, more people presented with medical concerns than mental health concerns. Sadly, one in five people had five or more conditions.
